• Individuals - Our individual users range from sole-traders and contractors working on-site or from home to VoIP enthusiasts who use A2zvoip solution SIP trunks with their Asterisk systems.

• Small Businesses - Give individual staff members their own inbound number, SIP account and voicemail. Our services grow with your business and if you decide you'd like your own in-house PBX system simply move your inbound numbers to a SIP trunk on your new PBX.

• Medium & large Businesses - Our network has been extensively tested with the leading enterprise IP PBX systems including Avaya IP Office and Cisco CallManager. We have in-house expertise available to help you integrate your existing and planned solutions with the A2zvoip solution network.

• Integrators & Resellers - Add value by reselling A2zvoip solution services alongside your own. We offer a fully white-labelled service for your users.

Outbound calling: Create individual SIP accounts or SIP trunks to make calls on our network. All on-net calls are completely free and for everything else we have a number of tariffs to suit your requirements.

Inbound numbers We provide phone numbers from over 150 UK area codes. There are no restrictions on the number of simultaneous calls you can receive and no recurring line-rental.

Per seat caller ID Set your caller ID to any approved number and keep your company brand consistent when making calls.

Per seat billing: Understand who is making calls with per seat usage, duration and spend reports, all generated in real-time.

Per second billing & real time CDR: No minimum call charge, billed to the nearest second with call usage data instantly available in
real-time from our online portal.

Home Working & Teleworkers: Mobilise your workforce by giving them SIP accounts and a softphone on their laptops. Alternatively, automatically divert the call to their mobile when they are away from their desks.

Number Porting: Keep you number working for you. Moving office just became much simpler and our experienced staff work through the process with you to ensure pain-free porting.

Advanced routing:Receive the same call on Multiple phones at once, automatically divert to other phones when you're unavailable or route calls based on who is calling or what time of day it is.

Call Divert & Find Me: We track you down by diverting your call to where you want to take it.

Multiple calls at once: Make and receive as many calls as you need. We don't limit the number of calls you need to run your phone network.

Voicemail: Setup voicemail accounts with e-mail audio attachments and SMS notifications.

Conference bridges: Setup dedicated conference numbers. Unlike some conference providers there is no ongoing monthly charge and no per-minute bridging charge.

Fax detection: Detect fax calls and send them to your fax machine using the industry standard T.38 protocol.
